Definitions

• “Customer” means the party named as applicant in this credit application
• “Goods” are items in an order and include packaging and services
• “Order” is an order by you to purchase goods from Strive Life

 

01.   THE AGREEMENT

This agreement is a contract between you and Strive Nutraceuticals Pty Ltd (ACN 643 312 154) trading as Strive Life. An agreement exists once Strive Life accepts an order from you which occurs when your order and payment is accepted.

The Customer agrees that the following terms and conditions of sale have been read and understood and redeemed to be incorporated in every contract for the supply of goods between Strive Life and the Customer.

These terms and conditions of sale shall apply to the exclusion of all others, including any terms and conditions of the customer, with the exception of any terms and conditions necessarily implied by statute.


02.   PRIVACY

Refer to our ‘Privacy Policy’ page, which sets out how we use your personal information.


03.   CUSTOMER APPLICATION

Accurate information – Information provided by you in your application must be accurate and complete. You must inform Strive Life if there is a change to your details.

New Wholesale customers – Customer wishing to setup a wholesale account can apply by emailing devinka@strivelife.com.au. Please note, a number of conditions apply including a minimum order value of $250 for wholesale customers.


04.   PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product information, dietary information, photos & pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. From time-to-time packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients vary and we may not always be as up to date as we would like to be, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. This is especially important if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.


05.   ALLERGEN CAUTION

We pack a wide range of natural food products on shared equipment including nuts, seeds, grains and cereals. This includes sesame, peanuts, soya protein and gluten containing products. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of our products may contain traces of these.


06.   ORDERS & DELIVERY

Strive Life will deliver the Goods to you at the Delivery Address within the time agreed with you.

Delivery address is the address where the goods are to be delivered as stated on the order.

As we cannot anticipate or control the conditions under which the goods we sell will be used, Strive Life and its associated entities cannot be responsible for damages of any nature resulting from the use and/or reliance on the delivery of our goods. No expressed or implied warranties are given other than those implied mandatory by Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation.

Any times quoted for delivery of goods are estimates only and Strive Life is not subject to any liability whatsoever for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery arising from any cause whatsoever. Strive Life assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage occurring by reason of delay or inability to deliver as a result of fire, strikes, accidents, war, embargoes, accidents, riot, or from any other cause which is unavoidable or beyond our reasonable control and if delays from such causes do occur our delivery period shall be correspondingly extended.


07.   CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on devinka@strivelife.com.au. We will make every effort to cancel your order. However, if an order has been paid and dispatched, cancellation will be at our discretion. Unfortunately, delivery costs will not be refunded in these cases.


08.   PRICING

All prices and terms quoted by Strive Life are based on the cost prevailing at the date of quotation; such prices are subject to change due to seasonal and market variations. However, the price listed on the website is the price that you will be charged at the time of ordering.


09.   PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

At occasions some of the products may not be available, in the event it is not available, we will contact you to ask if you wish to have the item replaced with an alternative product of approx. equal value. While every effort is made to deliver within specified times, these cannot be guaranteed. During peak times such as Christmas, delivery times can be longer.
Please inform us if you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service. We aim to deliver excellence and welcome your feedback.

Copyright of all documents and images on this website belong to Strive Life and its Associate Partner products. Items and documents must not be reproduced unless permission is sought in writing from Strive Life. Any documents or images reproduced without permission may result in legal action being instigated in relation to copyright infringements.
